All weekend long Danny kept saying,"I could possibly, maybe potentially see Definitely, Maybe but I don't know if I can maybe find a good time to definitely maybe see this movie on Monday."
He really thought this was pretty hilarious.
I definitely, maybe could possibly agree because I laughed each time he said it.
Anyways, we saw the movie on Monday, and in the spirit of SNL's Aunt Linda I give it a, "ahhhhhhhhh gah. and a WHAT?"
It's another one of those movies where the kid says and does things that a real kid never says and never does. Have I lost my ability to chuck basic reasoning and believability out the door when I watch a romantic comedy? I'm known worldwide for being a romantic comedy aficionado (I OWN THE NOTEBOOK FOR F'S SAKE!). But after squirming through 27 Dresses, and sneering at Ryan Reynold's in Definitely, Maybe, I might have to sit through Cloverfield or Rambo in order to cleanse my dispirited and broken-hearted romantic comedy palette.
